How much time do I have to pick up my pawned item?
The pawn loan is written on a 30-day basis. However, by getting in touch with us we are more than happy to work with you. We are very flexible as long as we’re aware that you’re putting forth an effort to keep your item.

Is my pawned item out in public view?
Absolutely not! We take many precautions to safeguard your property. All pawns are stored in a secure climate controlled area under lock and key. No one will touch your item until you return for it.

I've heard that most items in a pawn shop are stolen property. Is that true?
The pawn shop cooperates closely with law enforcement officials. We require picture ID to conduct any pawn or firearms transactions. We also have video surveillance in place to help identify thieves. Less than 1% of our total pawns and purchases are found to be stolen. Most of the stolen items are brought in by either a friend or relative of the victim. Bringing stolen merchandise to the pawn shop is a great way to be caught.

Is the jewelry real?
All jewelry undergoes testing to ensure quality. We have testing equipment to help us determine authenticity of gold, diamonds and sliver . We guarantee every piece of jewelry to be what we claim it as.

Do you do layaways?
Yes. We offer up to 60 days to pick up a layaway. Call or stop in for details.

We Helvent Investment Limited (Gold Rush Pawn ) offer 30 day cash pawn loans on most items of value.We hold the item in a secure area until the customer returns to redeem it. If he/she chooses not to redeem the item, it is placed out for sale. We are very understanding and liberal regarding our policy. We will extend the time limit in monthly increments with payment of the monthly fee at the end of the grace period.
