The company has been in operation since 2007 and its legal registered office in the capital city of Ghana .Accra

The company is a member with the following Governmental legal institutions; GHANA NATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (GNCCI) ,GHANA EXPORT PROMOTION AUTHORITY (GEPA), PRECIOUS MINERAL MARKETING COMPANY(PMMC), GHANA SHIPPER’S AUTHORITY (GSA).

Being registered as a mining company, we ave been given the legal permit from GHANA MINERAL COMMISSION (GMC) to operate as SMALL SCALE MINING COMPANY to mine gold and export to any destination being in bars, dores or dust or any form accepted by that country.
