The project is a 2bed and 3beds semidetached buildings, five to ten story building apartment  which can be expanded by a prospective home owner. Materials used are sourced both internally and externally. Architects and civil engineering consultants of repute are employed to give hands on expert advice to masons.

Houses are built on serviced plots, easily accessible by road; there exists portable drinking water as well as electricity. There is the installation per each house a solar paneling which is inclusive of costs as well as 400litres of Polytank reservoir, recreational centres, schools, markets , shops,  church and mosque  The residential facilities will be in a gated community with mordern security technology and competent and professional security personnel.

With the exception of the solar paneling installations and morden security technology  which will be unique to HIL all other players in this industry has some varying mix of some other amenities described above.
