COMPANY BACKGROUND
Helvent Investment Limited as it name implies is registered as limited liability company under the code 1963 (Act 179) and obtain it registration of Incorporation and Commencement on the 6th and 9th day of August, 2007 respectively.

The Principal owners of the business are Mr. Vincent Sackey and Mrs. Helen E. Sackey with the shareholding structure being 60%:40% respectively. Whilst Vincent Sackey currently the Managing Director has a qualification in Shipping and Port Management, international trade and relations  with nearly 15years in Shipping and commodity brokerage services, Mrs. Helen E. Sackey is a trained graduate teacher with nearly 12years experience being an educational administrator and business woman and entreprenurer
HIL venture in the real estates is:

  1. To help arrest the housing deficit needs in the country which currently stands at GHS 240,000
  2. Create more jobs as a result for the youth in the construction industry thereby reducing unemployment

Contribute to national development by paying badly needed taxes to the Government through Income and Corporate Taxes.


GOALS/STRATEGIES

There is an increasing deficit in the annual demand for housing from 58,896 in 2001 to 74,855 in 2010. This was as at the end of 2010 census, this means with the ever increasing numbers in population our strategy will be to attract people in the low, middle income, and high level income earning group, through their welfare associations and our flexible mortgage products.


CURRENT POSITION OF THE HIL REAL ESTATE PROJECT

The company  has acquired landed  properties of acres of lands  in the greater Accra region within the District  of Ningo - Prampram just opposite and few meters from the Central University Collage and about fifteen minties drive to the  new proposed international airport by the government of Ghana The estate is located only 20 minutes drive from the motorway roundabout and also within convenient proximity to major highways and traveling routes, (Accra – Aflao and Accra Road)

Our lands acquired are legally purchased from the rightful legal stood and kinsmen of the stood land and we have legally registered the lands with Ghana Lands Commission, under stood lands and have Title to our lands
.


REQUEST

HIL has legally acquired and injected 680,000 GHC in land acquisition for the projects and also seeking for any potential investors either for equity partner or in debt financing. In the case of equity financing such a partner will enjoy minority ownership. HIL is willing to negotiate a share / equity buy back guarantee and or arrangement at the end of five years. This funds will be used to clear the place buy royalties , patents start building of the affordable houses.
